One
of the advantages of a self-catering holiday is that you can choose
to eat out or in. Some people cook breakfast only and eat meals
out as they visit different places in Devon. Or, you can collect
a takeway and eat it in the comfort of your own sitting room. All
cottages have a microwave and cooker with full-sized oven for reheating
food or ready prepared meals. There is also a fridge/freeezer in
each cottage so that you can stock up on ready convenience meals
if you wish.
If you prefer to go out to dinner in the evenings, there is a vast
choice of eating establishments to suit every pocket and taste.
Our 'local' the Drewe Arms in the thatched village of Broadhembury
is shown on the right.
Each cottage contains a restaurant guide and Robert and Mandy will
be pleased to advise about local restaurants and pubs based on their
own and other guests' experience. For many of us, one of the joys
of going on holiday is being able to dine out frequently and sample
regional cuisine.
If you prefer to eat in, Hembury
Court luxury cottages are all fully equipped for cooking all
meals.
